Shopping Lists

My shopping lists are just to serve as a guide to the types of foods I was buying by diet stages.  I’m from London, so the products will be quite British, but hopefully still give you an idea of food types to go for.

Liquid diet Shopping List (weeks 1-3)

  • Semi skimmed milk
  • Slimfast pre made shakes
  • Complan Meal replacement sachets
  • 100% Pure Apple Juice (no added sugar)
  • Heinz Baby Apple Juice (no added sugar)
  • Cranberry & Raspberry Juice Ocean Spray (no added sugar)
  • Heinz Tomato Soup
  • Baxters Spicy Parsnip Soup
  • Batchelor’s Cuppa Soup – Golden Vegetable / Cream of Asparagus
  • Meat and fresh vegetables to make homemade broths
  • Bovril
  • Lemon and ginger tea bags
  • Honey

Pureed diet Shopping List (weeks 4-6)

Everything from the liquid diet plus:

  • Greek yoghurt by Fage
  • Arla Protein Yoghurt
  • Eggs
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Galbani Buffalo Mozzarella cheese
  • Grated medium cheddar cheese
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Helman’s Light Mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  • Lurpak butter
  • Date syrup
  • Potatoes / Sweet potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Avocados
  • Aubergines
  • Bananas
  • Apples / Oranges / Lemons / Raw beets / Raw ginger (for juicing)

  • John West tinned tuna fish in sunflower oil

Transition diet Shopping List (week 7 and beyond)

Everything on the liquid and puree diets plus:
